Abstract: 

In this paper, a class of fuzzy fractional functional differential equations of neutral type is investigated. The existence, uniqueness and iterative formula in the case of linear equations are obtained. Meanwhile, the continuous dependence of solutions on initial data, parameters and functions involved in right hand side of equation is also discussed. Several examples are given to illustrate the applications of our results.
